Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase please let me know right away! You will have 15 days to return your item that is in perfect condition for a full refund. I do not refund the cost of shipping. After 15 days, only exchanges will be accepted.

Sorry, but I do not refund lost orders. Please understand that once it leaves my hands it is the responsibility of the US Postal Service. For an additional fee you may add insurance to your package. If an insured item is lost I will be able to remake it for you. If you prefer another shipping carrier please let me know-I'm happy to work with you.

RING SIZE: It is very helpful to find out your ring size prior to purchase (preferably have it sized at your local jeweler) but in the case that your ring does not fit once received I can re-size the ring for you. I charge a $5 (US)- $10 (international) re-size fee (includes shipping cost to ship the ring back to you). Please send the ring back to me in either the same box it was packaged in or something similar for protection. Please message me for further information!
Shipping
I ship U.S. Post with tracking, & will send you a notification when your order is in the mail.

Please double check the address you have listed is correct.
I will be happy to ship it to a different address but please leave the information in the note to seller box at time of checkout.

I try my best to ship within the allotted time specified for each item, which is 7 business days.

*International Shipping:
All shipping outside the US is via USPS International Priority mail & may take from 2-4 weeks. All taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

*Shipping Upgrade/Insurance:
If you prefer a faster delivery, or insurance on your item please contact me for shipping upgrades. I can not be held responsible for lost orders. Please understand that once it leaves my hands it is now in the responsibility of the US Postal Service to get it to you safely. You also have the option to add insurance to your item to insure that you do not have a lost package. If you prefer another shipping carrier please contact me and I would be happy to use them.
